Mission
SIFT Media filters through the myths that divide us bringing to light and nurturing what connects us. Our partners are like-hearted story-telling collaborators who build bridges, ignite change and offer solutions for humanity, our planet and our interconnectedness. We are a fiscally sponsored program strong in both film and television. We tell stories which focus on equality, inclusion, the environment and climate justice. Our protopian mission is to develop and produce impactful narratives which engage global audiences through entertainment. SIFT is a leader in Socially Responsible Media.
SIFT Media is a non-profit that operates under the 501(c)(3) umbrella of Legacy Global Programs (EIN 20-8099462) and is serviced by LOHAS.

The 7th
The 7th, is a coming-of-age, action-adventure set in the near future when climate change has taken a grave toll on the planet. Through science, Lakota spirituality and traditional ecological knowledge, this feature film portrays hopeful possibilities that can rewild and renew our planet. Donations towards The 7th support a green production, diverse cast and crew, workforce development for the Indigenous community, and much more.
