Crystal Netcheva is Director of Client Engagement at LOHAS, where she supports client engagement, outreach, and relationship development across the firm’s philanthropic investment platform.

Crystal brings a strong background in client engagement, business development, and strategic growth, with experience across technology, clean energy solutions, and finance. Her work has consistently centered on identifying opportunities, building trust, and guiding clients toward solutions that align with both their business objectives and long-term vision.

At LOHAS, Crystal focuses on initiating and supporting engagement with prospective clients, developing relationships across the firm’s network, and helping move opportunities forward through thoughtful outreach, research, and process management. Working closely with the executive team, she brings structure, consistency, and a highly personalized approach to client engagement efforts.

Crystal is known for her ability to quickly understand both people and systems, connecting the right stakeholders, organizing complex processes, and creating alignment where it matters most. Her approach is grounded in a strong customer-centric philosophy: that meaningful growth comes from deeply understanding a client’s goals and delivering solutions that genuinely support them.

Based in Costa Rica since 2015, and originally from Seattle, Washington, Crystal brings a grounded and intentional perspective to both her work and life. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys time by the ocean, hiking, and being with her dogs, staying connected to nature and the kind of clarity and energy that carries into everything she builds.
