Mission

The mission of Ally Capital Collab Endowment is to change the capital flow paradigm for BIPOC female VC fund managers and inclusive entrepreneurs. The funds which include the 22 Fund, Wocstar Fund, and Supply Change Capital are collaborating to solve the problem of underinvestment in communities of color and innovation by people of color by thinking differently about how fund managers of color and companies can raise capital, build companies to success and generate inclusive wealth for women, communities of color and allies.

Ally Capital Collab Endowment is changing the trajectory for the economy, the planet, society, neighborhoods, companies, investors, employees and the markets they serve. Key activities include training, capacity building, technical assistance and direct investment into funds committed to investing in inclusive entrepreneurs.

Supported Impact Ventures and Initiatives

In furtherance of its mission, Ally Capital Collab Endowment supports:

The 22 Fund

The 22 Fund (The 22) is an impact, early growth equity firm with a mission of creating the clean, quality jobs of the future by increasing the global competitiveness of manufacturing companies, intentionally targeting women- and BIPOC-owned businesses. We are holistic investors. We insist on high returns and high impact, without trade-offs or concessions to achieve either. Our impact isn’t siloed – we invest to address the climate crisis and gender, racial, and economic equity. We are women and people of color investing in women and people of color.

Wocstar Fund

Wocstar Fund is moving the world forward by investing in the future of consumption and the women of color who are leading the transformation. We are actively investing in companies and technology that are redefining how we will consume content and resources, transact commerce, build wealth, and create a sustainable world. The team is laser-focused on value creation, outsized returns, and working with humans that are brave, bold, collaborative, and inclusive. We are changing the trajectory for investors and founders.

Supply Change Capital

Supply Change Capital's mission is to invest in the changing face of food to catalyze the food systems of the future. Founded in 2020, we focus on food and food tech, investing with a gender and diversity lens to bring about a future of food that is sustainability mindful, supply chain efficient, better for you, and culture rich.
