Mission Statement

The Ally Capital Collab Endowment is committed to changing the capital flow paradigm for BIPOC female VC fund managers and inclusive entrepreneurs. The funds which include the 22 Fund, Wocstar Fund, Supply Change Capital, and 2045 Ventures are collaborating to solve the problem of underinvestment in communities of color and innovation by people of color by thinking differently about how fund managers of color and companies can raise capital, build companies to success and generate inclusive wealth for women, communities of color and allies. We are changing the trajectory for the economy, the planet, society, neighborhoods, companies, investors, employees and the markets they serve. Key activities include training, capacity building, technical assistance and direct investment into funds committed to investing in inclusive entrepreneurs.

The 22 Fund (The 22) is an impact, early growth equity firm with a mission of creating the clean, quality jobs of the future by increasing the global competitiveness of manufacturing companies, intentionally targeting women- and BIPOC-owned businesses.
